El yoga va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1, en primer lugar porque no es una actividad f\u00edsica, sino una actividad a trav\u00e9s de lo f\u00edsico. Esto significa que, al trabajar la respiraci\u00f3n (pranayamas) y los movimientos (asanas), la conciencia se expande, alcanzando estados de alta vibraci\u00f3n que promueven la transformaci\u00f3n, la sanaci\u00f3n y los cambios en las perspectivas y formas de estar en el mundo.
